Black Bean Burgers

2 cans black beans, drained

2 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 red pepper

Seasoned Salt to taste

1) Dice the red pepper and grill until lightly browned.

2) Pulse black beans in a food processor once or twice. Make sure they’re still gritty.

3) Mix black beans, eggs, bread crumbs, and pepper until pliable.

4) Form in to patties and season on both sides with seasoned salt.

5) Grill to desired temp, but make sure they’re done in the middle.

6) Serve like you would a regular burger-I loove mine with sharp cheddar. Yum.
